Dr. Snyder is a board certified practicing licensed clinical psychologist in both California and Nevada for over 20 years. Dr. Snyder was trained in clinical psychology where she received her Masters and Doctorate with an emphasis in Health Psychology from The California School of Professional Psychology Los Angeles in 2000. In 2015 Dr. Snyder created and launched Girl Nation, her innovative Girl empowerment program where girls are encouraged to connect, inspire, and support each other. As a clinical psychologist in private practice, Dr Snyder found herself frustrated by the limitations of traditional psychotherapy. Her style is active, direct, and collaborative—meeting patients where they are and helping them move forward with purpose.

Historically, mental health has been focused on illness, diagnosis, and symptoms. Dr. Snyder moves away from that model and instead focus on personal strengths, solutions, and the whole human.

Dr. Snyder is now passionate about helping women navigate the emotional, physical, and psychological shifts of perimenopause and menopause. Drawing inspiration from Dr. Mary Claver’s The New Menopause, she offers evidence-based therapy to support women through this pivotal time. Her comprehensive, personalized approach includes lifestyle changes, behavioral tools, and mindset work to help women regain clarity, build confidence, and embrace midlife with resilience and strength.

A lifelong learner, Dr. Snyder is deeply committed to providing high-quality care. She takes tremendous pride in the healing journeys of those she works with—and in helping them reconnect with a sense of balance, strength, and fulfillment.
